Mission Statement

The mission of the Greeters Ministry is to express God’s love through Christ by helping set the tone of the upcoming worship service. Greeters are usually one of the first official representatives of the church that people meet upon arrival. Greeters help create a friendly atmosphere in the church by joyfully extending greetings and welcomes to congregants as they arrive. People come seeking or in need of inspiration, renewal, salvation, or celebration; the skillful Greeter will help to make this a reality by creating a positive and warm first impression.
